These terms apply to your booking and stay at Hotel Slottsbacken, which is part of Wisby Hotel Group
1. General
These terms apply between you as a guest and Hotel Slottsbacken. Special conditions may apply in certain cases, such as for campaigns, packages, prepaid rates, or group bookings. Any such conditions will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed by the hotel, either verbally or in writing (for example, via email).
When making a booking, we require your name, contact details, arrival and departure dates, and information regarding the method of payment.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM on the day of departure
Rooms are normally held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel in advance to ensure that your room is retained.
4. Cancellation, No-show, and Early Departure
Cancellation must be made no later than 4:00 PM on the day before arrival, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the cost of one (1) night will be charged.
If you have booked for a specific period but depart earlier than planned, the hotel reserves the right to charge compensation equivalent to one (1) night, unless otherwise agreed.
Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, campaigns, prepaid rates, as well as group and conference bookings. These will always be specified at the time of booking.
5. Payment
Payment is made according to the payment option selected at the time of booking.
The hotel reserves the right to request prepayment in order for the booking to be binding.
6. Guest Responsibility
As a guest, you are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property, whether caused by yourself or anyone in your party.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the hotel’s house rules are followed.
Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms or public areas. In case of violation, an additional cleaning and sanitation fee may be charged.
7. Special Requests
If you have requests regarding accessibility, allergies, special dietary requirements, or other needs, you are warmly welcome to contact the hotel at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
8. If the Hotel Cannot Provide Accommodation
If Slottsbacken is unable to provide accommodation as agreed, you are entitled, at no extra cost, to be offered equivalent or better accommodation at the hotel or at another hotel of comparable standard.
9. Complaints
If anything does not meet your expectations during your stay, please contact the reception as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to address the matter during your visit.
